	Specimen Required:
		Colledt 3.0 mL (minimum 1.0 mL) of whole blood in a plain red top tube and deliver to lab immediately. Serum gel tube is NOT acceptable.
	Laboratory Notes:
		Spin and separate within one hour of collection. Send 1.0 mL (minimum 0.5 mL) of serum frozen in a plastic vial.
		NOTES:	1.	FREEZE IMMEDIATELY.
			2.	DO NOT freeze/thaw
