Specimen Required: |

|
Submit an entire 24-hour
urine collection in a urine container supplied by St. Louis Children’s
Hospital. Refrigerate specimen during collection, and send specimen
refrigerated. Although a 24-hour specimen is preferred, other timed and
random specimens will be tested and should be ordered as such. |

Laboratory Notes: |

Mix the specimen well
and aliquot 1.0 mL of urine into a conical tube. Spin and separate. Record total volume and collection time in
minutes on aliquot container(s). |
