	Specimen Required:
	SPECIMEN MUST ARRIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF COLLECTION.
		5.0 mL (pediatric: 1.0 mL) from a random urine collection in a urine container supplied by St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
	Laboratory Notes:
		None
	Reference Values:
		Negative (reported as negative, trace, or 1%, 2%, 3%, or 4%)
		Physician alert value (automatic callback): any positive with negative urine dipstick for glucose.
