Specimen Required:
	Collect 3.0 mL (minimum 0.5 mL) of whole blood in a plain, red-top tube(s) immediately before next scheduled dose. SERUM GEL TUBE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Laboratory Notes:
	Spin and separate within 2 hours of collection. Send 0.2 mL (minimum 0.1 mL) of serum refrigerated.
	NOTE:	1.	Reject due to severe hemolysis or severe lipemia (moderate is acceptable).
