		Draw blood in a heparinized blood gas syringe or capillary blood gas tube and send 0.5 mL of heparinized whole blood.

		Critical values (automatic callback): £75 mmol/L or ³135 mmol/L
		Critical test results will be called initially and every 24 hours thereafter.
