Collect 3.0 mL
(minimum 0.5 mL) of whole blood in a green-top
(lithium heparin) tube(s) or a green SAMPLETTE™ / MICROTAINER™ no earlier than 60 minutes prior to dose. Since
absorption is complete by 4 hours, specimens drawn 4 or more hours after the
last dose are acceptable. A red-top
tube (plain or gel) is also acceptable. |
