	Laboratory Notes:
		DO NOT SPIN. Send FULL tube (0.3 mL minimum) of EDTA whole blood collected in a royal blue-top Monoject trace element tube (product #8881-307022). GREEN-TOP [HEPARIN] TUBE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Send specimen refrigerate in original vacutainer. It is important that the specimen be obtained, processed, and transported according to instructions in special instruction section on “Metals Analysis — Collection and Transport.”
