	Test Performed At:
		St. Louis Children’s Hospital
	Specimen Required:
	SPECIMEN MUST ARRIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF DRAW.
		Anaerobically collect 1.0 mL (minimum 0.3 mL) of whole blood in a heparinized blood gas syringe and mix well. Place syringe in wet ice and forward promptly to St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
