Specimen Required:
	Collect 2.0 mL (minimum 0.3 mL) of whole blood in a green-top (lithium heparin) tube(s) or a green SAMPLETTE™ / MICROTAINER™. A red-top tube (plain or gel) is also acceptable. Protect specimen from light.
Laboratory Notes:
	Spin and separate. Protect specimen from light.
Reference Values:
	Unconjugated:	0.3-1.1 mg/dL
	Critical value (automatic callback):		> 15.0 mg/dL
	Conjugated:	0.0-0.2 mg/dL
	Critical value (automatic callback):		> 4.0 mg/dL
	Critical test results will be called initially and every 24 hours thereafter.
