		Collect 3.0 mL (minimum 0.2 mL) of whole blood in a plastic, lavender-top (EDTA) tube(s). Mix blood thoroughly by inverting several times. Send to lab immediately.
		NOTE:	1.	Results may be falsely decreased due to collection in glass tube. Collecting in a glass tube is not acceptable
	Laboratory Notes:
		DO NOT SPIN. Send to BJS Chem. Specimen must be processed within 24 hours of collection.
