	Specimen Required:
		Draw blood in a plain, red-top tube(s), serum gel tube(s) or (green-top (lithium heparin) tube(s). Red-top is preferred. Send 3.0 mL of whole blood.
	Laboratory Notes:
		Spin, separate and freeze 1.0 mL (0.3 mL minimum) serum or plasma.
		NOTE:	Capillary microtainers are acceptable as long as 1 FULL microtainer is received.
