Jewish Hospital College of Nursing and Allied Health is pleased to offer a wide variety of federal, state, and institutional financial aid to assist you in funding your college education. Submission of the FAFSA, is required for all types of financial aid offered through the College. Some aid programs also require the Institutional Financial Aid Data Sheet. Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)This application is sent directly to the Federal Processor. After processing, a Student Aid Report (SAR) is mailed to your home, and an Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) is electronically sent to JHC, providing our Title IV school code is listed on the FAFSA. We highly recommend methods one or two; mailing the form could take four to six weeks. College Financial Aid Data SheetThere is additional information we need to create a financial aid award for you that is not contained on the SAR. Mail the completed Financial Aid Data Sheet directly to Jewish Hospital College.
After the College receives the results of your application, we will send you an award letter describing your financial aid package. Award amounts are subject to change, and some applications will be selected for verification. Copies of your federal income tax returns may be requested if your application is selected to be reviewed for verification.
